I am not having as much luck as I struggle to decide which stitch, which design, which layout.
I love pearls and amber together. Then I found this piece of shell and put it together as a pendant to anchor the amber and the pearls but still no idea what to do with all those beads!!!
Suggestions would be a great idea.

I think you've got a wonderful start...I love the soft colors. The only texture that might be missing is something with a matte finish. Since beading is not my forte, I always look to the Chico catalogs for inspiration when making necklaces since they always have fantastic ideas. Anyway, I can't wait to see the finished item!!
Gorgeous piece Denise, you have done a nice job of the bezel. Maybe a spiral necklace for the pendent to hang on??

I was thinking the same thing as kiwi ellen. The spiral stitch would look great with both the amber chips and the pearls. Other than that I love the color combination you have going, with those beads it should turn out to be a beautiful peice.
